I am often told in the corporate world: \u201dGive concise and understandable instructions during the elevator ride\u201d!  So here are my succinct instructions.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mika_on_yleisotilaisuus\"><\/span><strong><u>What is a public event?<\/u><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Regionally confined outdoor or indoor space<\/li>\n<li>Concerts<\/li>\n<li>Theatre and summer theatre performances (including, for example, performances in amusement parks)<\/li>\n<li>Cinema screenings<\/li>\n<li>Festivals<\/li>\n<li>The market<\/li>\n<li>Auction events<\/li>\n<li>Athletics, baseball and football matches and tournaments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mita_ovat_nama_erikoisjarjestelyt\"><\/span><strong><u>What are these special arrangements?<\/u><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Special arrangements mean that the safety of people is ensured by limiting the number of customers, safety distances and hygiene guidelines. These are listed below in plain language:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><strong><strong>YOU MUST NOT COME TO THE PUBLIC MEETING AS A SYMPTOM<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>SECURITIES<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>The number of people should be limited so that there is at least 1-2 m between them.Consider how many square metres there are in the room and calculate the number of participants. A good rule of thumb: 100 participants in a 200m2 space.In situations where queues may occur, people should be reminded and assisted in maintaining safe distances.Safety distances can be ensured by, for example, having enough guides, distance signs and preventing long queues by organising the arrival and distribution of participants.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b>HYGIENE INSTRUCTIONS<br \/>\n<\/b>When entering an indoor or confined outdoor area, use hand sanitizer. Hand sanitiser should be readily available.Sneezing or coughing into a handkerchief or elbow pad. Hands are then washed or disinfected.A mask may be worn if desired.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HIGH-RISK RHYMES<br \/>\n<\/strong>Those at risk are advised to avoid close contact during the epidemic and attendance at public events is not recommended.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>COPYRIGHT<br \/>\n<\/strong>If a coronavirus infection is detected at a public event or gathering, the authorities are responsible for investigating the chain of transmission. If a coronavirus infection is detected at an event, it will be determined whether exposure has occurred and it must be possible to trace those exposed.To facilitate tracing of the infection, the organisers of events and meetings should, where possible and subject to other legislation, have information on the persons involved.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Suositus\"><\/span><strong>Recommendation:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Provide participants with short and clear instructions on special arrangements in this style:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Do not come to the event as a symptom<\/li>\n<li>Queuing for the event in security queues<\/li>\n<li>Hands are disinfected on arrival at the event<\/li>\n<li>Give your contact details to the organiser when you arrive to identify any possible chain of transmission.<\/li>\n<li>Observe 1-2m safety distances during the event<\/li>\n<li>Cough into a handkerchief or elbow pad<\/li>\n<li>At-risk groups on their own responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Follow everyday advice<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you follow these guidelines, public meetings can be organised under the current rules.<\/p>\n<p>The Regional State Administrative Agencies emphasise the responsibility of each operator and citizen to comply with the regulations, guidelines and recommendations of the authorities in their own activities and thus contribute to preventing the spread of the coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>The article was written by <a href=\"https:\/\/amoslaki.fi\/en\/contact\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Lawyer Tuula Rainto<\/span><\/a>.
