Prenuptial agreement

A marriage ends either with the death of the spouse or divorce. Marriage or registered partnership has important property consequences. The main concept determining the economic status of the spouses is matrimonial property law, the importance of which becomes clear at the end of the marriage.

 

Exclusion of the right to marry / Prenuptial agreement

Marriage contract it is possible to exclude the right to divorce in whole or even in part. In this case, neither spouse pays the other a settlement, but each spouse keeps his or her own property even after the marriage has ended.

A prenuptial agreement can be unilateral or mutual.
