You can arrange the adoption remotely

Published: 9.9.2024

The inheritance settlement can be easily arranged remotely, and electronic signatures can be included in the inventory.

The estate inventory must be arranged within 3 months of the death. Legal firm Amox has the capabilities to arrange the probate process entirely remotely. This is the case, for example, when attendance would be difficult or overly burdensome for shareholders, or if shareholders live in other towns or abroad. Holding a probate meeting remotely, organised through the Amoks Law Office, is effortless and of high quality!

How is a probate arranged remotely?

The probate inventory will be held as a video conference via Microsoft Teams. You can participate in the probate inventory meeting from your own computer. The heirs of the deceased's estate will receive a draft of the probate inventory by email in advance, and they will be able to follow the proceedings of the probate inventory and ask any questions or make comments.

The pre-prepared inventory of the estate will be reviewed point by point with the heirs of the estate, and any necessary changes will be made – exactly as would happen in a physical inventory of the estate.

Once the inventory report has been reviewed and the necessary amendments have been made, the inventory report is ready to be signed.

Signatures will be handled as electronic signatures, allowing each participant to sign the estate inventory through their online banking credentials. After this, we will send the completed and signed estate inventory to all beneficiaries of the estate via both postal mail and email. Concurrently, we will also electronically submit the estate inventory to the tax administration.

We will send advance instructions to all participants in the estate inventory and are happy to advise participants by phone as well, to ensure the estate inventory conducted via remote connection can be carried out.

The price for an estate inventory is €250/hour. Please contact us to request a cost estimate for the estate inventory on tel. 010 299 5090 (local call charge).
